At GetDarker, we try and protect all the artists we promote by watermarking the audio and images we own when we upload them. This is to help prevent people from copying data and changing it to make it appear as if they have a full track which is form of stealing. If we have your material uploaded, whether it be written text, images, audio or video we will try and protect it as much as we can but we will never class it as our own and credit will always be given to the appropriate people.

By using this website you automatically accept our terms and conditions, you also agree to this Copyright Policy. You will not use the services to transmit, route, provide connections to or store any material that violates or promotes the violation of the intellectual property rights of any third party. GetDarker has created a set of protocols to follow when a user fails to obide by this policy which in result could end up in the removal of the file and or the users account that the file was uploaded from and a permanent restriction from using this website instantly until furthure notice.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is a constantly growing issue, some people decided to give out too much information without realising it. At GetDarker we protect your information as best as we can so no one has access to your data.

Whether you sign up to the website or just subscribe to our mailing list, we use the same methods to store the data in our database.

We vow never to share or sell your information to anyone outside of GetDarker. The only time a third party may contact you is if we send out an email to those who have said yes on behalf of the third party.

Terms & Conditions

The service we provide gives our users the ability to upload a file to our servers and then pass on the details of the file to one or more recipients via the use of electronic and physical contact methods including, but not limited to: the Internet, TV, Radio, Email, Word of mouth and advertisements.

The service operates by letting a registered user (whos information we have stored in our database) upload a file to our servers located in either but not limited to, the UK or the USA. Other users who do not have to be registered, can then download this file by using the search feature or a private link if it is set to a "public file", or if they are given the direct link if it is set to a "private file".

You agree that GetDarker may change any access requirements at any time without notice. This includes but is not limited to: file size, file name length, server choices, file settings and amount of downloads.

You have the sole responsibility for all the files you upload to Youmurkit through our services. You also acknowledge that GetDarker will not be held responsible for any failure of the services we provide to upload a file, deletion of files stored on our servers, or the loss of any data due to corruption contained in any files.
